Artist's Comments

This is a photo of the River Arno in Florence (Italy) from the Old Bridge. I used a Cokin Gold filter for the effect. Postproduction based on layer opeations to increase the effect on the sky and darken the river a little bit, to increse the dramatic contrast. Unsharp mask and voila!!! Hope you like it!!!

Absolutely beautiful. I love the colors, brightness, and the reflection on the water. The architecure really adds something to this as well. I'm going to have to :+fav: this one! :)

Hey! I knew there was something familiar with this picture....I was in Italy, in Florence two summers ago, right there where you were standing while you took the pic.. nice shot of a nice place in a nice city... beautifull
